MXene discovery could improve energy storage

In spite of their diminutive size, 2-D titanium carbide materials known as MXenes are “quite reactive” to water, a discovery S&T researchers say could have implications for energy storage and harvesting applications such as batteries, supercapacitors and beyond. Library marks golden anniversary

On Oct. 26, 2018, the Curtis Laws Wilson Library celebrated its 50th anniversary with food, music, giveaways and more. Several registered student organizations were on hand to mark the event, including KMNR campus radio, which sponsored a tie-dye station that gave the first 100 participants a free anniversary T-shirt.
