Smith leaps across the pond

Tyrone Smith, Hist’07, finished 12th in the long jump competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. At Missouri S&T, Smith won Great Lakes Valley Conference championships in the indoor and outdoor long jump in 2006. In 2007, he was the league’s indoor triple jump champion.
