Boeing welcomes CASB students

Eight Missouri S&T students in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business (CASB) explored career opportunities during a November visit to the Boeing headquarters in St. Louis.
Carl Schmitz, IST’10, S&T’s primary liaison to Boeing and a member of the CASB Dean’s Leadership Council, arranged the visit. Stephen Roberts, vice provost and dean of the college; Kristin Gallagher, the college’s executive director for development; and Kathryn Northcut, professor of technical communication, accompanied the students. The group included graduate students majoring in technical communication and undergraduates majoring in English, technical communication and multidisciplinary studies.
