Make plans now to travel to Rolla for the 109th St. Pat’s pre-parade party at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Hasselmann Alumni House, located at 1100 N. Pine St. Complimentary breakfast and a cash bar will be available before the parade. The parade begins at 11 a.m.
