Suzanna Long is S&T’s 2016 Woman of the Year

Suzanna Long, Hist’84, Phys’84, MS EMgt’04, PhD EMgt’07, was named Missouri S&T’s 2016 Woman of the Year in April during a ceremony held on campus.

20160420-Woman-of-the-Year-0065This annual award recognizes efforts to improve the campus environment for women and minorities. The award comes with a $2,000 stipend funded by Cynthia Tang, Econ’85, founder and former chair of Insight Industries Inc.

Long is interim chair and associate professor of engineering management and systems engineering at Missouri S&T.
