Innovation Park takes shape

Construction began this spring on a 22,750-square-foot general office building on the northeast corner of Missouri S&T’s Golf Course
It is the first building of Innovation Park, a planned research park on the Missouri S&T campus. Brinkmann Constructors of Chesterfield, Mo., was awarded the design-build construction contract.

When completed, the building will provide roughly 18,500 square feet of office suites and shared office space for tenants. Completion is expected in October 2010.
